Bigg Boss 18 contestant Muskan Bamne who is popularliy known for her role in Anupamaa says Salman Khan was one of the major reasons for her participation in the reality show.
Cameras have begun to roll for Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 18. As the new season has kickstarted, the viewers are learning about the contestants who are about to enter the show this year. Amongst the line-up is Anupamaa actress Muskan Bamne who recently quit the soap. Before entering the house, Muskan spoke to Indianexpress.com where she shared how her admiration for Salman Khan was a major reason she wanted to associate with Bigg Boss 18.
Speaking of why she chose to take up Bigg Boss 18 right after quitting a popular show like Anupamaa, Muskan said, “A reality show is something where people get to know the real you. I have done TV shows where people know me through my character, but with this people will get to know the real me. I am completely the opposite of my character Paakhi in Anupamaa, people have seen me fight a lot on screen but there is more to me that people will get to see on Bigg Boss.”
A few weeks back when Sudhanshu and Madalsa quit Anupamaa, reports about bitterness between them and Rupali Ganguly surfaced. So when we asked Muskan why is Rupali always blamed when an actor quits the show, the Bigg Boss 18 contestant went on to refute the reports. She said, “It is not so, I was the youngest on set so she was always very helpful. When I couldn’t understand something she would guide me, she is lovely.”
While Muskaan is in the show to win it, she plans to be as honest and real as she can, at the same time, Muskan also wishes to explore her real personality through the show. Concluding the conversation, Muskan shared if she feared being wrongly perceived on the show, considering her character left such a strong imprint. She said, “I am not worried about how people will perceive my real personality, usually people are worried that they might get trolled or be seen negatively, but I don’t think it will happen with me.”
